(May 21, 2026) — Today marks the 15th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). Each year on this occasion, nmTeam publishes an annual note in Newsroom to look back on our ongoing accessibility efforts and reaffirm our long-term commitment to inclusive digital experiences.

We believe accessibility is not an optional add-on, but a core part of product quality. Whether users rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom, or other assistive technologies, they should be able to access and use our services in a stable and understandable way.

Over the past year, we continued to apply and strengthen accessibility-first thinking across multiple projects, including nmTeam Account Center, nmTeam Support website, nmTeam Newsroom, nmBot Panel, and the nmTeam official website.

Throughout regular iterations of these projects, we kept focusing on semantic structure, readability, keyboard operability, and assistive technology compatibility, and treated related improvements as part of our routine workflow. Internally, we also continued the practice of prioritizing accessibility considerations before feature refinements.

Looking ahead, we will keep integrating accessibility into design, development, and release processes so that “perceivable, understandable, and operable” can remain a stable baseline across experiences. For pages and flows with more complex interactions, we will continue making focused improvements.

We will continue to keep our dedicated accessibility feedback email open: [email protected]. If you encounter any accessibility-related issue while using nmTeam products and services, or if you have suggestions, please feel free to write to us. Your feedback helps us identify issues faster, prioritize improvements, and keep improving the experience.
