在过去的一年中，我们持续践行对无障碍体验的承诺。我们在过去一年新上线的 nmTeam 账号中心和 nmTeam 支持网站，以及 nmTeam Newsroom 和 nmBot 面板的界面更新均在设计之初就将无障碍体验置于优先地位，确保这些新平台和服务从一开始就充分考虑了各类用户的需求，让包括残障人士在内的每一位用户都能轻松访问和使用。

(May 15, 2025) — Today marks the 14th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). Every year on this occasion, nmTeam reflects on and shares our efforts and progress in product accessibility over the past year. We firmly believe that the power of technology lies in empowering every individual; regardless of their physical condition, everyone should have equal rights to access information and use services.
In the past year, we have continued to fulfill our commitment to accessible experiences. Our newly launched nmTeam Account Center and nmTeam Support website in the past year, as well as the interface updates to nmTeam Newsroom and nmBot Panel, were all designed with accessibility as a priority from the outset. This ensures these new platforms and services fully considered the needs of all types of users from the very beginning, allowing every user, including those with disabilities, to access and use them with ease.
Meanwhile, we have not stopped optimizing our existing products. Over the past year, we have made several accessibility improvements to the nmTeam official website and the nmBot panel, such as optimizing screen reader compatibility, enhancing the reliability of keyboard navigation, and improving content readability, all aimed at enhancing their usability and inclusivity.
Looking ahead, we understand that the journey towards accessibility is endless. We plan to introduce more in-depth accessibility improvements for the nmBot panel in the near future to further enhance the user experience in complex operational scenarios.
